With 20 years of financial investment experience, Phillip is a highly skilled fund manager, portfolio manager, investment adviser, and research analyst. He specializes in designing risk-mitigated, opportunistic portfolios using advanced financial engineering tools and mathematical finance principles. His extensive expertise spans alternative investments, hedge fund strategy, and active portfolio management, with a strong focus on delivering absolute return solutions.

 

Phillip’s career includes pivotal roles in both Asia and Europe. Most recently, he was a founding partner and Chief Investment Officer at Axia Corporation Limited, a Hong Kong-based firm dedicated to pioneering InsurTech solutions. Previously, he founded Phinary Systems Limited, a financial technology company providing unbiased, computational investment management.

 

In Switzerland, Phillip served as a Senior Advisor with Absolute Investment Services Ltd, where he focused on global alternative investments, specializing in hedge fund manager research and due diligence. Earlier in his career, he was a Fund Manager at Clariden Leu AG, a subsidiary of Credit Suisse, where he managed two Swiss-registered funds: an Asia-Pacific Multi-Style Fund of Hedge Funds and a Japan-focused Multi-Manager Fund of Hedge Funds. His experience in Hong Kong further solidified his expertise in alternative investments, overseeing hedge fund portfolios for high-net-worth clients and advising on dynamic trading strategies.
